The Gamified Classroom (6)

Foi publicado o último post da série The Gamified Classroom, de Andrew Proto: Part VI - Taking it to the Next Level.

Neste último post, Proto refere a importância da gamification na educação. Esta pode ser a solução para muitos dos problemas que são sentidos pelos professores de hoje. Não deve, no entanto, ser visto como a solução definitiva para tudo o que está menos bem no setor da educação. Segundo Proto, o maior contributo da gamification será no que diz respeito a conseguir um maior envolvimento dos alunos com as atividades da escola.

O post de Andrew Proto apresenta sobretudo as suas fontes para escrever a série The Gamified Classroom. Muitos dessas fontes foram já referidas neste blogue. Há algumas fontes adicionais que vale a pena destacar como o artigo de 2005, Engage Me or Enrage Me de Marc Prensky mas sobretudo o vídeo abaixo (9m31s, publicado em 5 de maio de 2011), Gamifying Education da Extra Credits.

With the passage of time as new ways of teaching methodologies are coming into surface it is a vital part of students learning that they gain benefit from better and more advanced and modified ways of pedagogy while utilizing eLearning in their daily life.

  2. On the webpage there is a title named The Gamified Classroom. It points out the fact that education and eLearning are interlinked and there is a wide connection between both of them. Now try this for more stuff. Nowadays students are inclined towards eLearning because it has many advantages and better modified ways of transferring knowledge.

  4. Someone named Proto refers to the importance of gamification in education. This can be the solution to many of the problems that are felt by today's teachers. It should not, however, be seen as the definitive solution to everything that is less well in the education sector. According to Proto, the major contribution of gamification will be in getting more involved with the school activities.
